Shi*tbox Rally team to drive on with fundraising

ON Saturday there will be a 9am tee off golf day at the Biloela Golf Club to help raise money for team Boom Baby Boom when they set off for the adventure of a lifetime when they join a convoy of car teams in the Shitbox Rally, Australia's largest independently-run fundraiser.

Event organiser and one of the drivers, Tracey Skennar said the golf day was a fun way to help raise money for a good cause.

"Come down and have a hit and if possible wear green please because St Paddy's Day will here soon,” Tracey said.

The cost is $20 each and that is a game of golf, prize for the winners, includes a sausage sizzle and a three-ball ambrose format.

The next fundraiser will be a quiz night on March 29 starts at 6.30pm at the Anzac Club and there will be several up coming raffles as well.
