A RUNAWAY cow caused a car to crash on the Bruce Highway early this morning.

A Queensland ambulance spokeswoman said paramedics were called to reports of a vehicle and cow incident at the highway on ramp at Yandina just before 1am.

TOUGH JOB: COAST REFEREE REVEALS HIGHS AND LOWS

One patient was taken to Sunshine Coast University Hospital in a stable condition, the spokeswoman said.
