Holiday craft sessions a hit

CHILDREN flooded the Biloela Library this week to participate in a series of school holiday craft sessions.

Leanne Spencer, who is visiting family in Biloela, said her kids had begged her to take them to the library activity sessions.

"Last school holidays we saw the activity sessions and how much fun the kids were having so these holidays we didn't want to miss out,” she said.

"We booked early and the kids are having a wonderful time. They enjoy craft and love the craft table.

"We seem to spend most of our school holidays here at the library, using either the video console or taking part in the craft activities. My daughter, Arabella, loves craft and can sit for hours at the craft table creating her masterpieces.

"It is such a wonderful opportunity for the kids.”

School holiday library activity sessions take place at the Biloela Library today and tomorrow, also from next Tuesday to Saturday. Bookings are essential. Phone 49927362 for details.
