Elderly man hit by car on Nicklin Way

PARAMEDICS are treating an elderly man after he was hit by a car on one of the Coast's busiest roads.

Emergency services were called to Nicklin Way just after 8am after reports a man, aged over 70, was hit by a car.

Ambulance officers are currently en-route to Nambour Hospital, with reports indicating that he is concious, breathing, and in a stable condition.

Queensland Police are still on-scene at the Palkana Drive and Nicklin Way intersections.
