Man accused with threatening to unleash dogs on MP

A FORMER Pitbull breeder is preparing to fight allegations he threatened to unleash dogs on the home of Charlestown MP Andrew Cornwell.

The Halfway Creek man is accused of using a carriage service to threaten Mr Cornwell and his family.

He told the Sunday Telegraph he would "never say shit like that" and planned to defend the claims at a hearing in the Belmont Court on Friday.

APN Newsdesk understands the man will represent himself.
