Five-year-old girl struggles for life after plane crash

A FIVE-year-old girl was fighting for her life in a Melbourne hospital on Monday following a plane crash which killed her father at the weekend.

Long time SES volunteer Peter Doutch and his daughter Emily were on a joy flight at Tyabb, near Frankston, when their light plane crashed into a home late Sunday.

Mr Doutch died at the scene while Emily, who according to the Herald remained in a critical condition, was rushed to hospital.
