Tracey happy to share, if only she'd won

TRACEY Sanderson would have been happy to share her winnings with 89 people.

TRACEY Sanderson would have been happy to share her winnings with 89 people.

Unfortunately, Tracey didn't win the Oz Lotto first division on Tuesday night.

The jackpot started at $90 million but increased to $106 million with the surge in entries.

As a keen lotto player, Tracey joined more than 2.2 million Queenslanders with entries in the draw.

Tracey herself had 130 games plus eight systems in the record draw.

“Flat out” were the only words Biloela Books and News employee, Wendy Bryen, had to describe her days leading up to the draw.

The Biloela shop sold a division two Powerball winning ticket, with the unnamed winner getting $50,000 last week, possibly another reason why this shop was so popular.

Lotto officials estimated one in three Australians would enter the draw and that ticket holders had only a 45-million-to-one chance of winning.

The two winners were from Queensland and South Australia will each get $53,274,992 from the $106 million.

The total prize pool was $177 million, while national sales for the draw were $209,067,609.
