Man dies in Biloela crash

Police have confirmed a 21-year-old Rockhampton man has died after a traffic crash on Valentine Plains Road, in Biloela.

Initial reports suggest just after 9pm a vehicle crashed into a tree on Valentine Plains Road.

The driver died at the scene.

A 20-year-old male passenger, from Stanwell, was transported to Biloela Hospital and has since been airlifted to Brisbane.

Investigations are continuing.
