DRUGS worth more than $2 million, $500,000 cash and two snakes were among a large haul in South-east Queensland.

Police shut down a major drug and property crime ring in the Brisbane and Logan areas - charging 29 people with 101 charges - on Thursday.

Operation Ice Sandal also netted a large quantity of methylamphetamines and varying quantities of other dangerous drugs including GBH, ecstasy and steroids.

Police also found cannabis plants in a hydroponic set-up, an illicit drug laboratory, firearms, conductive energy devices, ammunition and two snakes.

Four people were charged with drug trafficking and the rest with more minor charges.
